Products and availability
Our collection includes Appetite Balance, GLP-1 Essentials and Metabolic Essentials. Product pages and labels describe ingredients, quantities and directions. These products are dietary supplements for adults. Follow the label directions. Orders are subject to product availability and delivery eligibility. We currently deliver only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Prices and offers
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free on orders of $120 or more after discounts within our delivery area. Select any two different essentials together to save $10, or all three to save $20, through our bundle offer. These bundles are one-time purchases. WELCOME gives subscribed newsletter customers 5% off their first eligible one-time purchase. It excludes subscriptions and bundles, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Orders and payment
Review the products, quantities, delivery details and total at checkout before confirming your order and payment. You may purchase without creating an account. Provide an accessible email address to receive your confirmation and shipping updates. Available payment methods appear at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the recurring amount shown at checkout, plus the displayed shipping charges and applicable taxes. By selecting a subscription and confirming the purchase, you authorize its recurring charges. Sign in to your customer account and open Manage subscriptions to pause, skip or cancel future deliveries. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund an order already charged or dispatched. Contact contact@inovabody.com for help.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping & returns policy explains delivery and return procedures. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer except when we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged. Contact us before returning a product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
Using this website
Use this website lawfully. Do not access another person’s account, disrupt the service or misuse its content. Our brand content and third-party marks remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights. We may update these terms; the terms applicable to an order are those presented when it is placed.
